Cancellation Policy & Terms of Participation (TPP)We strive to provide an exceptional experience for every participant, and to ensure smooth logistics and planning, the following policies apply:
Reservation and Payment
A reservation guarantees the player's spot in the program.
The full program fee must be paid at least 30 days before the start date.
Failure to Complete Payment
If the full payment is not received 30 days prior to the program, the player will forfeit their spot, and any payments made up to that point will be non-refundable.
Refund Policy
Payments made are non-refundable unless specified otherwise due to extraordinary circumstances (e.g., program cancellation initiated by us). If the player cannot attend, we encourage prompt communication to discuss potential solutions, though refunds may not be guaranteed.
