Genis designs and implements the training sessions, preparing players for real match scenarios while fostering mental resilience and confidence through workshops and personalized feedback. His deep understanding of player development and connections within Spanish football provide invaluable guidance for those aspiring to advance their careers.
With Genis’s leadership, players can expect a transformative experience, growing both on and off the field, and gaining the tools to excel in competitive environments.

With a degree in Sports Science and a Master’s in Sports Project Management, David is a direct link to the professional football world. As a coach and right-hand man to former pro player Víctor Sánchez, his experience and connections enhance the program’s quality.
OUR PROGRAMS
Limited Spots for an Exclusive Experience
Each experience is limited to only 8 players to ensure quality and integration into the team dynamics. Due to club competition schedules, we can only place 2 players per team, resulting in 4 youth players (2006-08) and 4 cadets (2009-10).
Team assignments will be decided upon arrival in Barcelona, based on each player’s level. For those staying two weeks, there will be opportunities to train with both teams, maximizing their experience and development.
