Pol is an experienced coach currently leading a youth team at APA Poble Sec in Spain’s second-highest division. With a strong scouting background in the U.S. and extensive knowledge of Spanish football, Pol is the perfect guide to identify and nurture players’ talents. Genis Sampietro brings a wealth of experience as a professional coach, including his time at Cornellà FC in 2ª RFEF, to lead our program’s methodology and coaching. With a degree in Sports Science and a Master’s in Sports Project Management, David is a direct link to the professional football world. As a coach and right-hand man to former pro player Víctor Sánchez, his experience and connections enhance the program’s quality.

Alex Cebrián leads the scouting and recruitment efforts at Atletic Sant Just, identifying talented players with the potential to excel in football.
